Shuttle (Hotel and Venue Only)

Shuttle transportation will be provided from your hotel to the Summit venue (Stanford’s campus) and from the Summit venue back to your hotel. If you choose to not use the provided shuttle service, you will be responsible for covering all costs associated with getting from the hotel to the Summit venue which will not be reimbursed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The shuttle is only for transportation between the hotel and venue at the times designated below. This is NOT an airport shuttle. You will need to arrange for your own transportation to/from your home and destination airports, which will be reimbursable as per the provided guidelines. 

 

Hotel Pick-Up / Drop-off

Meet in front of the Hotel Lobby, the shuttle will pick everyone up there. A PRIDEnet team member will be there to guide you. The shuttle is wheelchair accessible.

  • Day 1 March 25, 2024 — 07:45 AM

  • Day 2 March 26, 2024 — 07:45 AM

Venue Pick-Up / Drop-off

Meet in front of the Faculty Club, the shuttle will pick everyone up there. A PRIDEnet team member will be there to guide you. The shuttle is wheelchair accessible.

Pick up Times:

  • Day 2 March 26, 2024 — 05:00 PM
