We are excited to extend a special invitation to you as a valued member of the academic community to join us at the 3rd annual Beyond the Rainbow: Building Community Power LGBTQ Summit! The LGBTQ Summit curriculum is provided by the LEGASI Institute hosted by Toni-Michelle!

In today's climate, it is crucial that we rally behind the leadership of Black and LGBTQ+ individuals, particularly emerging leaders at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). With the rise of discriminatory anti-LGBTQ+ laws across the country and the tragic loss of Black trans women and queer individuals, our community must be empowered with the necessary skills and resources to bring about lasting and impactful change on college campuses.

The summit will feature food, networking opportunities, and a day dedicated to educational and cultural programming focused on the experiences and leadership of Black LGBTQ+ leaders. The summit’s themes include: Advocacy, Organizing, Embodied Leadership, and Black Queer & Trans Culture!
